We have over 100 studios, ranging from small spaces for painters or illustrators, starting up a new business or looking for a space to write, to multi-level spaces and entire buildings for larger companies. We are always developing new buildings or redeveloping ones we’ve got, so if you don’t see your perfect studio here – or it’s gone (they often go fast!) – please get in touch and see what’s coming up.
The Hidden Lane is a fantastic community of artists, designers, musicians and more, working in over 100 studios (and a great wee tearoom!) at 1103 Argyle Street. The Hive at 1069 is our four-storey building set back from the road just beyond Tesco.
The Hive is part of the Hidden Lane community and there are plans for a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor. The third floor is home to artists, designers and writers. The second floor has designers, craftspeople and other businesses. There are massage therapists, fashion designers, barbers and chocolate artisans on other floors.
All common areas of shared buildings are regularly cleaned and inspected regularly. All our studios are non-residential.
